Storage Advice
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 months.
Cooking Instruction
FOR PERFECT BEEF DRIPPING OVEN CHIPS, peel and cut 1kg of potatoes into thick chips, soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry. Parboil for 5 minutes, dry again, and fry in 250g of melted beef dripping at 130°C/Fan 110°/Gas 2 for 6-7 minutes. Drain, cool, then fry again at 190°C/Fan 170°/Gas 5 for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Drain, Salt, and serve hot with optional malt vinegar.
