Cooking Instruction
Beef dripping is a rich, flavourful fat ideal for roasting, frying, baking, and grilling, adding depth and crispness to food. To use, heat it in a pan or oven until fully melted and sizzling. For roasting, preheat the oven to 200–220°C (390–430°F), coat ingredients like potatoes or vegetables in hot dripping, and cook for 30–50 minutes, turning halfway. When frying, heat to 180°C (356°F) and cook until golden and crisp, usually 3–5 minutes for chips or 2–3 minutes per side for meats. For baking, such as Yorkshire puddings, heat the dripping first, then bake at 220°C (430°F) for 20–25 minutes.
